Hong Kong's Untapped Potential

8.1% of our population lives with disabilities - we're building the first inclusive run to empower every one of them.

25% Gap

The Employment Divide

Working-age PWDs face 47.5% vs 72.6% employment rates - we're changing perceptions through visible participation.

36% vs 20%

Twice the Struggle

PWDs experience poverty at nearly double the general rate - your participation directly funds solutions.

12% vs 34%

The Accessibility Crisis

While 34% of Hong Kongers participate in sports, just 12% of PWDs do – we're breaking down barriers with fitness and nutrition for all.

Why Inclusion Matters !

3 Facts That Demand Change - Hong Kong is a city of resilience—but systemic barriers exclude over 500,000 disabled residents from full participation. Here’s why this run matters:

  1. 1 in 8 Hongkongers lives with a disability
Yet only 2.3% of public sports facilities are fully accessible. We’re racing to close the gap.

  2. 43% employment rate for disabled adults (vs. 72% general population) Stigma and lack of adaptive workplaces fuel the gap.

  3. <5% of community sports programs cater to disabilities
We’re changing that—this run will feature wheelchair, prosthetic, and blind-athletes.
